Meet & Greet
To ensure the best quality of care, we will meet you and your pet for a free meet and greet and collect two key copies. One for your sitter and one to keep in the office safe in case of emergencies.

Routine Check
To ensure your pet’s safety and happiness, we’ll go over their favorite and least favorite things as well as their daily routine. We want to know everything there is to know about your pet so that they have the best time under our care!

Easy Booking
Once we decide on the best care plan, you will be able to call us for anything you need or book directly on Time to Pet. Click the Client Portal links in the menu at the top of this page and register if you are a new client, or login to your portal to book your next appointment!

Stay Updated
Upon arrival, your pet sitter will check in and you will receive a notification that your pet’s visit has started. You will receive an update and pictures of the visit upon completion of the visit to assure you that your loved one is comfortable and safe at home.
New Client Registration
Grand Strand Pet Sitting uses Time to Pet, a professional scheduling tool, for very user-friendly scheduling and payments. If you are a new client you will need to register for an account and set up a Time to Pet profile. You may also schedule the visits you are requesting after registering with us. We will always want to schedule a free meet and greet with you and your pets first. You will receive email notifications of your appointments as well as be able to reschedule or cancel them up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Once you have Registered, you can click the Login the next time you want to make an appointment. When you create a Time to Pet profile your contact information, billing details, and details about your pets will be saved for when you are ready to book your next appointment!
